Vacuum Drum Filter for Starch

The Vacuum Drum Filter for Starch is a high-performance filtration system designed for continuous operation in the starch, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. It efficiently performs suction filtration, washing, and dehydration under vacuum, with automatic scraper discharge for uninterrupted processing. This machine is particularly suitable for dewatering various types of starch, including potato, modified, wheat, and pea starch. Constructed to meet diverse operational needs, it is available in stainless steel grades 304 and 316L. The system comes equipped with an integrated agitation mechanism and can be customized with optional accessories such as protective hoods and filter cake washing pipes.

Working principle of vacuum rotary drum filter
